Comparison between PVB packaging film and EVA packaging film; EVA is a thermosetting resin with crosslinking reaction; PVB is a thermoplastic resin, which has repeatability and no cross-linking reaction. Domestic glass curtain wall specifications clearly put forward the regulation of "application of PVB", and BIPV modules can be made with PVB instead of EVA to achieve a longer service life. PVB has strong adhesive property, and its safety is higher than EVA film. There are many formulations of EVA, and the packaging process is not easy to control; PVB film has simple formula, stable quality control and long shelf life. PVB film has poor fluidity, which can prevent the overflow of film during processing.
